Our Santander Women Business Leaders’ Mentoring Programme (WBL) is back for its eighth year, reaffirming our commitment to UK female founders and business owners.
Who can apply?
This programme is open to you if you are:
- a Santander business customers, or interested in becoming one
- a female founder, owner or majority shareholder of a business, registered in the UK, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) and the Isle of Man trading for a minimum of 18 months
How do I apply?
This year WBL is hosted on Santander X, our Global entrepreneurship platform designed to support startups, scaleups and SMES with resources including training, funding opportunities (via Awards/Challenges, mentorship and networking to foster innovation and growth, connecting businesses to a global community and tailored solutions.
Key dates
- closes Monday, 9 March, 2026
- announcement of successful applications and outcomes by 30 March
- programme will officially launch in April and run through to November
