Delivered in partnership with Saïd Business School (Oxford) and Aston Centre for Growth (Aston University). Covers 100+ hours of online and in-person learning, including 7 days of residential sessions, and culminates in a customised Business Growth Plan.
Includes specialist workshops, 1-on-1 business advising, coaching, expert access, and a network of 10,000 Small Businesses alumni. Eligibility: business operating 3+ years, 5–50 employees, £250,000+ annual turnover, applicant must be the primary owner or senior decision-maker. Not for startups or sole traders. Preference given to businesses in disadvantaged communities. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
